Vermont State Indoor Track Meet Division 2
Congrats to our Boys Indoor Track team who came in 2nd place in the State of Vermont for the D2 State Championship meet at Norwich University. This Saturday, 2/14/15, the boys worked hard earning 52 points to place 2nd. Strong performances were shown by:
Ian Knapp, Issac Nichols, Will Reed & Josh Melen who won 1st place in the 4x8 relay!
Joshua Melen who placed third in the 600 Meter Dash
Austin Beauregard, Mike Briggs, Ian Knapp and Will Reed who finished 2nd in the 4x2 Relay as well as the 4x4 relay!
Austin Beauregard for a 3rd place finish in the Triple Jump!
On the Girls side, Megin Eaton finished 4th in the 55 meters dash.
The Girls 4x4 placed 4th with Ariana Cook, Mariah Disorda, Megin Eaton & Cassie Pelkey running!
The 4x8 took 5th with Emily Clement, Josie Barber, Emmaline Lipka & Linnea Mylott pacing the Slaters!
